Quickflow is a feature in COOL that allows you to send a document to another person who is also in the COOL system.  In a very few steps within COOL, you select the recipient, then have the system notify that person by email and make the file available.  Quickflow saves time and (very important) cuts down on confusion and misplaced documents. Rarely will you hear: "Uhh, I don't know if I got that document."
