Community Health Programs for Youth

 

Who we serve:

Youth, all genders, ages 12 – 24
All of our clinics are LGBTQQ-youth friendly. Dimensions Clinic focuses on LGBTQ youth.

 

Client Services:

All of our clinics provide these services. These services are confidential, including for teens! If you are under 18, you DON’T NEED a parent or guardian’s permission.

  • Emergency Contraception
  • Pregnancy Tests, Counseling and Referral
  • Birth Control Counseling & Prescriptions
  • STI Testing and Treatment
  • HIV Counseling and Testing
  • Sexual Health Exams
  • Sexual Health Education & Counseling

Our clinics also provide these services.
If you are under 18, you will need a parent or guardian’s permission.

  • Sports physicals
  • Primary care

Many of our clinics also provide case management and counseling services.

Cost:

Free or Low-Cost (All services are free if you are under age 18.)

Community Partners:

All CHPY clinics are run in collaboration with community-based organizations.  Currently, our partners consist of Bayview Hunters Point Foundation, Health Initiatives for Youth (HIFY), Huckleberry Youth Programs, Larkin Street Youth Services, Lavender Youth Recreation & Information Center, New Leaf, and the San Francisco Unified School District.
