CASARC serves children and adolescents (up to age 18) who have been sexually or physically abused or who have witnessed severe violence. Forensic medical and crisis management services are available 24 hours a day. CASARC provides trauma-focused psychotherapy for individuals, groups and families. CASARC also provides educational trainings for community providers, including teachers, students, health care providers and mental health professionals. CASARC is also available to provide training to youth and nonprofessionals. CASARC is located on the San Francisco General Hospital campus.
