Strategic Plan

Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Centerr created Strategic Plan in 2011 to prioritize the goals and guide our activities for the next five years as we participate in the nation's Health Care Reform implementation starting in 2014 and move our acute care services into the new hospital in 2015. Service Excellence

We find ourselves at a momentous juncture in the history of Zuckerberg San Francisco General. Against the backdrop of sweeping healthcare reform for the United States, Zuckerberg San Francisco General is adding a state of the art acute care hospital to our landscape. Along with this physical change to our campus comes the need for transformational cultural change that builds on our collective sense of mission to the underserved. Community Wellness Program

Working on Wellness (WOW) provides an array of classes at times that are convenient for many hospital employees and open to all. Classes are free, open for everyone and include Strength Training, Chair Stretch and Boogie, Zumba & Zumba gold (low-impact), Yoga (offered in English, Spanish , and Cantonese), Hip-Hop, Salsa, Bollywood, and Healthy Cooking Demos.
