Meeting Minutes
The Technical Work Group will be comprised of IT staff with appropriate technical experience in the DPH IT environment and healthcare informatics background and a vendor IT representative as needed.
Civil Service and contract programs will be invited to appoint participants in the Technical work group as specific tasks arise. Participants will be expected to participate actively in the work group tasks and assignments. Membership should be assigned with project continuity in mind.
Technical Work Group Tasks include:
Review hardware and software
specifications
Assign Project Resources
Receive hardware
Receive software
Install Hardware Platform
Confirm data center specifications
Provide site readiness assessments
Install New User Hardware Infrastructure
Install software
Test software/hardware configurations
Manage user access to test and
production systems
Assist with data conversion plans
