SOFTWARE SOLUTION FOR INCIDENT & GRIEVANCE RESPONSE SYSTEM FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH


RFP 22-2019  The Department of Public Health seeks a commercially available, complete system for the management of Incident & Grievance responses. The system must be compatible for integration within the City’s Epic electronic health records (“EHR“) and Rhapsody interface engine.


The selected Proposer is responsible for developing and implementing a complete Solution that meets both the functional and technical requirements outlined in this RFP. The Proposer will provide all analysis, project management, design, programming, testing, documentation, procurement, installation and system integration services required to completely implement this Solution.


The contract or contracts awarded from this RFP may have an original term of up to ten (10) years.

The Department reserves the right to issue multiple contracts to multiple vendors that are qualified and that submit a proposal. Throughout the course of the contract the Department will monitor the performance of the contractors in accordance with Departmental monitoring procedures and reserves the right to alternate primary providers for non-performance.
