Itemized Statement, Patient Statement Mailers, Insurance and Patient Letters for The San Francisco Department of Public Health


The San Francisco Department of Public Health is soliciting proposals for the Itemized Statement, Patient Statement Mailers, Insurance and Patient Letters for The San Francisco Department of Public Health. A detailed description of the work can be found in Section II of this RFP.  The description of work listed in Section II is a general guide and not as a complete description of all aspects of the work or of all tasks necessary in order to complete the work.
