RFQ 18-2020 The City and County of San Francisco (the City) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (this RFQ) in search of firms / proposers that have the necessary qualifications to complete the work set forth in this RFQ 18-2020 Facilities Maintenance – Multiple Categories. Whether a firm has such qualifications will be determined through the evaluation process described in Section VII of this RFQ.
The master contract or contracts awarded from this RFQ may have an original term of up to three (3) years.
For each category listed in Section II, item A, The Department reserves the right to issue multiple master contracts to multiple vendors that are qualified and that submit a proposal. Each master contract will be for services that the contractor has bid for in the RFQ. Contractors that are issued a master contract will be called for work on a task order basis, “if-and-as-needed” through competition among master agreement contractors.
A contract or contract award is not a guarantee of funding for a program or the continuation of services. In Section II, item A, of this RFQ the annual amount the Department spends are listed. These amounts are typically split amount multiple contractors and are not a guarantee of the volume of work available.
