The San Francisco department of public health is soliciting qualifications for AS-NEEDED GO-LIVE OVERSIGHT, ACTIVATION, ADOPTION, TRAINING, STAFF AUGMENTATION SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD PROJECT FOR THE SAN FRANCISCO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH. A detailed description of the work can be found in Section II and Section III of this RFQ.  The description of work listed is a general guide and not a complete description of all aspects of the work or of all tasks necessary in order to complete the work.
