REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS (RFQ) 44-2018
Behavioral Health Training and Consultation Services

RFQ 44-2018 The San Francisco Department of Public Health, Behavioral Health Services (BHS), Children, Youth and Families (CYF) System of Care, is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify a list of highly qualified candidates to provide Behavioral Health Training and Consultation (BHTC) Services to CYF behavioral health and other DPH-specified professional staff in the following 10 areas:

1. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy;
2. Comprehensive Psychological Assessments within the Child Welfare & Juvenile Justice Systems;
3. Co-occurring Mental and Substance Use Disorders Consultation;
4. Data Analytics Consultation for Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths Reports;
5. Early Childhood Assessment and Treatment Consultation;
6. Family Therapy Training and Consultation;
7. Medi-Cal Billing and Charting;
8. Meeting Facilitation & Planning;
9. Prodromal Psychosis; and
10. Trauma-Focused Complex Case Consultation.
    

 

It is expected that all applicants submitting an application for BHTC services under this RFQ demonstrate a commitment and ability to offer services consistent with principles of client wellness and recovery and a service delivery approach that is culturally relevant, trauma-focused, family-centered, and youth-driven.
