What We Do

Patient Advocates are here to help you or a family member navigate the system.  We can guide you to medical center departments and resources you need; share information with you on patient rights and responsibilities; and help communicate your ideas or concerns that you may have to the appropriate managers.

Our Goal

Our Patient Advocate services are here to ensure that your experience at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center is a GOOD one!

Patient Feed Back

As a patient of Zuckerberg San Francisco General, you have the right to express your concerns about your care experience with the assurance that the quality of your care or future care will not be compromised.

If you have a concern, please contact the Patient Advocate so we can help you resolve it.  You may also submit a Concerns Statement (links to forms below), where you can document your concern and the resolution you are seeking.  An investigation will be conducted into your concern and you will be informed of the outcome.

Share Your Story

Whether you are a patient, family member, friend or guest, we would like to hear about your experience with SFGH.  You can share your favorite experience or personally thank someone for their exceptional care and service.
Your experience may be shared with your Care team and SFGH Leadership team.
