Our Services

Southeast Health Center

The Southeast Health Center (SEHC) is a full service health clinic that provides affordable, comprehensive and quality care to people of all ages. Located in the Bayview Hunter’s Point area since 1979, we focus on primary care and family practice; provide additional services such as dental, mental, and vision care; and advocate for new health services that our community needs.

We also run the Healthy Food Pantry program and other programs that meet the specific needs of the population we serve.

We have skilled, caring and knowledgeable doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, a podiatrist, a pharmacist, a nutritionist, dentists, eye doctors, social workers, insurance specialists and other support staff. Members of our staff are proficient in most of the languages spoken in the neighborhoods we serve.

To learn more, please read about our mission, vision and needs ; our primary and specialty health services ; and our primary care physicians. To volunteer, donate, or receive care, please contact us or visit us for more information.
