Our Services

Southeast Health Center

Primary Care & Urgent Care

Our physicians and nurse practitioners provide primary and urgent care services for patients at the Southeast Health Center (SEHC). We offer a wide variety of other health and welfare services, including social work, nutrition, podiatry, the Women Infants, and Children (WIC) program, and dental services.

Primary care is the provision of comprehensive medical care to infants, children/teens, pregnant women and adults. In other words, primary care is high quality care for all people in the community, whatever their needs may be.  We provide this care over time and try to anticipate health care needs in order to manage and prevent health care problems.

Our urgent care services facilitate primary care. We extend this care to meet the urgent needs of our clients. Our goal is to help people get well.
