WHEREAS, the San Francisco Health Commission supported and endorsed the formation of the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation; and,
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Health shall enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Foundation which shall detail mutual obligations; and,
WHEREAS, the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation has contributed $368,821.21 to the San Francisco General Hospital; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the San Francisco Health Commission accept and approve this contribution on behalf of San Francisco General Hospital, Department of Public Health.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was adopted by the Health Commission at its meeting of Tuesday, January 21, 1997.
