The 2016 Compliance Statement and the City Report are available for viewing on the Planning Department’s website (cpmc.sfplanning.org).

Notice:
Please be informed that a joint Health and Planning Commission hearing has been scheduled
for Thursday, September 28, 2017 10am to noon, regarding CPMC's Annual Compliance Statement for 2016 and the City Report on CPMC's Compliance Statement, in accordance with Section 8.2 of
their Development Agreement with the City and County of San Francisco (Planning
Department Case No. 2012.0403W; Ordinance No. 138- 13). The 2016 Compliance
Statement and the City Report will be available for viewing on the Planning Department's
website (cpmc.sfplanning.org) no later than July 31, 2017.
Full Health Commission meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 101 Grove Street, room 300, at 4pm. Meeting dates are subject to change. Call the Health Commision Office at (415) 554-2666 for general information or to confirm individual meetings.
