2013 DPH-OSH Office Ergonomic Awareness Training Classes

Offered by the Department of Public Health – Occupational Safety & Health Section

• All classes are scheduled from 9 AM to 11 AM at 1 South Van Ness Ave., 4th Floor Bay View Room. Pre-registration is mandatory. No drop-ins, please.

• You must have supervisory approval to attend the class. Supervisors must send the enrollment request.

• To enroll in the class, please complete the Training Enrollment Request Form.

• Please note that we have limited space in our classes and classes do fill quickly. We ask that participants give us at least 72 hours notice if they cannot attend a class so that someone from the waiting list can be contacted.
