Request for Proposal (RFP) 14-2021
As-Needed Therapeutic Apheresis and Auto Transfusion Services


RFP 14-2021  The City and County of San Francisco (City), acting by and through the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH), is soliciting proposals for Request for Proposal (RFP) for a timely and reliable source of as-needed, on-call, mobile blood filtration (therapeutic apheresis), and auto transfusion services, to be provided on-site at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center (ZSFG).


Proposers’ qualifications will be evaluated through the process described in Section V of this RFP. No proposer shall have any legal or equitable right or obligation to enter into the contract or to perform the work as a result of such proposer being chosen as a Qualified Proposer.


Note: If you are new to doing business with the City, it is important that you review Section VIII to ensure that you can comply with the City’s Social Policy & Contract Requirements.
