Request for Proposals (RFP) 24-2020
BILLING/ELIGIBILITY PATIENT ACCOUNTING WEB PORTAL FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH


RFP 24-2020  The San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) is seeking submissions from qualified organizations to provide a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) approved, and a HIPAA-compliant web portal that provides nationwide access to all Medicare Enterprise Data Centers and Medicare Administrative Contactors (MACs).

The City may use the results of this RFP, at its sole and absolute discretion, for selection of firms and negotiations of contracts no longer than 9 years including options or amendments which may or may not be executed. The City reserves the right to procure services similar or identical to the services specified in this RFP by any other means. No Respondent is guaranteed a contract.

The Department reserves the right to issue multiple contracts to multiple firms that are qualified and that submit a proposal. If multiple contracts are awarded, the Department will monitor the performance of the contractors in accordance with Departmental monitoring procedures and reserves the right to alternate primary providers for non-performance.

To submit a proposal for review respondents must follow the instructions in Section VI "Submission Requirements" and must meet Section IV “Minimum Qualifications Requirements” of the RFP. You can download a complete RFP package at:
