Request For Proposals (RFP) 4-2020
LICENSING, SOLUTION, AND TOOL FOR PRESCRIPTION CONVERSION SOLUTION EPIC WILLOW AMBULATORY

Introduction/Overview:

The San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH) has implemented Epic on August 3, 2019. The next wave of Implementation includes deployment of Epic’s Willow Ambulatory application. This initiative requires a third-party system to perform prescription conversions from the legacy system (QS1) into Epic. This technical conversion is strongly recommended as DPH will otherwise a) need highly technical resources in the organization to develop a script to map data from the legacy system to Willow Ambulatory OR b) leverage a large labor pool to manually transcribe the prescriptions from the legacy system into the new Willow Ambulatory system. This is extremely complex and has the potential to impact timelines. To accomplish this initiative, we are seeking vendors who have successfully engaged and completed Prescription Conversions (preferably from QS1) with Epic Willow Ambulatory with at least one (1) prior healthcare site.
