RFQ 6-2019 The San Francisco Department of Public Health, Behavioral Health Services (BHS) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) inviting single agency and multi-agency collaborations to implement the Building Maintenance, Construction and Remodeling (BMCR) Vocational Program for unserved and underserved communities. The department encourages both competition and collaboration among different agencies to meet the needs of adults and older adults who experience mental health issues through this program.
The Building Maintenance, Construction and Remodeling (BMCR) Vocational Program will serve individuals recovering from mental health or substance abuse issues and those who are interested in vocational training and employment. The primary goal of this program is to enhance one's emotional well-being by engaging behavioral health consumers in developing practical skills in the field of building maintenance, construction and remodeling while using hands-on activities to improve one's workforce readiness.
The selected service provider(s) will be expected to provide all of the activities listed in this RFQ.
